Master of Business Administration and Environmental Management
My story
From my hometown of Kyiv, Ukraine, my childhood was shaped by weeks-long caving expeditions with a local children’s caving club. I would look across the landscape and wonder what had formed the caves below and the terrain above. That curiosity gradually grew into a desire to understand the world from every angle - how ecosystems function, how communities live within them, and how enterprises serve those communities.
Testimonials
I had the opportunity to work with Dima at Phinite during a period of significant growth and change. Dima consistently brought a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to step in wherever needed. He was both dependable and thoughtful in how he approached his range of responsibilities.
- Michael McCord, Phinite CFO
Dima did an outstanding job helping NPCA better understand the biodiversity credit market and whether it was a good fit for us as a conservation organization. Because Dima is so well cultured, he is a natural convener and broker for science-based conservation planning among partners and stakeholders. During his work with NPCA he also traveled to the site of a national park unit where various members of this project had congregated.
- Ryan Valdez, National Parks Conservation Association, Conservation Director
